Part of our quality control practices include regular reviews of people and processes through several channels. We always reserve the right to remove offending members or content from our platform when we notice any negative trends.
We also have a screening process for business in order to maintain the caliber of content/offers for consumers.Service Providers and other professionals must have excellent ratings and are asked to provide accurate information, including some of the following: their years in business, office hours, company overview, etc. They are expected to keep information in their profile updated.
Even still we encourage all consumers to investigate information found on provider profiles, their terms and conditions, and websites, as information may change or not be updated on this site or time of initial membership.
